  • Enjoy Family Activities and Strolling Entertainers throughout the Square leading up to the magical moment of historic Downtown Dahlonega being lit up! 4:30-8:30pm
  • Performances on the Plaza Stage begin at 4:30pm
  • Children’s Ornament Tree, 5-6pm
  • Horse Drawn Carriage Rides (2 carriages, weather permitting), 3-8pm, $5 and $10
  • Visit with Santa on Visitors Center Plaza Downtown, 5-7pm
  • Lighting of Downtown Square and Christmas Tree, 6pm
  • Dahlonega/Lumpkin County 2019 Christmas Ornament unveiled at 6pm
    Limited Edition of 600 ornaments for sale, proceeds to benefit Community Helping Place
  • Extended Downtown Merchant Shopping Hours, Until 8pm
  • Food Trucks in Hancock Park

Saturday, November 30th

  • Visit with Santa on Visitors Center Plaza Downtown, 12-7pm
  • Escape from the Gold Museum (ages 5-12) – 5:30, 6:15, 7:00, 7:45 – $5 
    at the Dahlonega Gold Museum reservations required 706-864-2257
  • Horse Drawn Carriage Rides (2 carriages, weather permitting), 1-8pm, $5 and $10
  • Strolling performers will entertain throughout the Square, 5-8pm
  • Extended Downtown Merchant Shopping Hours, Until 8pm
  • Food Trucks in Hancock Park

    Located at The Community House, 111 North Park St. Hosted by the Dahlonega Woman’s Club.  All proceeds benefit children in need.
